Self awareness is the recognition of your personality,
your strengths, your weakness, your likes and dislikes. Developing
self-awareness can help you to recognize who you are and to assess your
abilities.

think about us
¨It is always looking over our shoulders at what other
are doing and comparing ourselves to others.
¨The outer self is the mask we wear to cover up the fact
that we have lost touch with our true self.
THE INNER SELF
¨The inner self is the person that no one ever sees, your
true self.
¨The inner self consists of the true feelings, desires,
dislikes that you mask from world in order to be accepted and/ or admired by
wider society.
¨Finding your unique self to express your leadership
means removing this mask
